6 delicious everyday sidekicks

Celebrating the Asian region, Condiments & Marinades of Asia was created by Perth-based graphic designer Kim-Vu, showcasing her recipes for the top six condiments from our neighbouring region including Kimchi, Sticky honey-soy-ginger glaze and Vietnamese peanut sauce.

Originally inspired by traditional home-style Vietnamese cooking and after a successful pop-up backyard initiative to offer exciting food experiences around Fremantle, this is the first volume in a world tour of condiment cookbooks, with releases in years to come covering all continents and cultures around the globe.

These ‘6 delicious sidekicks’ have been inspired by Roaming Kitchen,  a unique pop-up kitchen in Fremantle, launched as part of International Restaurant Day in May 2015. The official book launch was on 14 August 2016, from 2.30pm, The Local Garage 282 South Terrace South Fremantle 6162 WA. The launch was proudly sponsored by Brophy Estate Agent and Sabine Albers Photography.
